Depending on your order amount and shipping address, you will be presented with relevant shipping options during checkout.
- All orders are shipped via Canada Post and include tracking.
- Free Canada wide shipping is available for orders $50 (before tax) and above.
- We do ship worldwide, however, there are currently no free shipping options outside Canada.
- Shipping time estimates shown during checkout are provided by Canada Post and not in our control. Canada Post does not guarantee these estimates during high volume season or the current Covid situation.
We ship all orders within 1-2 business days of order receipt. However, in exceptional cases it can take longer.
Should you need to cancel an order after you've placed it, we will do our best to accommodate your request. Order cancellation is a time-sensitive action, so please do get in touch with our Customer Care team as soon as possible. You can request a cancellation in one of the following ways:

Please note, that once your order moves into the processing stage in our warehouse, we may no longer be able to cancel it. Should this be the case, we can help facilitate a return upon delivery (excluding final sale items, please see below).

Our goal at Nutrition Junction is to ensure that every customer is totally satisfied with their shopping experience. We accept returns of unopened products up to 30 days after the date of purchase. Opened or used products, or any items marked as non-refundable/Final sale are not within our return guidelines. We are currently unable to accept returns from any locations other than Canada. Please note the return shipping is the sole responsibility of the customer.
