Shipping and Returns


Depending on your order amount and shipping address, you will be presented with relevant shipping or pick up options during checkout.

  • All orders are shipped from our Toronto or Brampton, Canada locations via Canada Post and include tracking unless otherwise noted. 
  • Free Canada wide shipping is available for orders $50 (before tax) and above.
  • We currently ship worldwide.
  • Same or next day delivery option ($3) is available for most regions in GTA for orders above $25 (before tax). (Weekday orders: delivered the same or next business day. Weekend / Long Weekend orders: delivered the next business day)
  • Local Pickup from our downtown Toronto location is also available. (Mon-Fri: 10am to 3pm. We will email you once your order is ready. Please show confirmation email at pick up).

Processing Time 

We ship all orders within 1 business day of order receipt. However, in exceptional cases it can take longer.

Local delivery and local pickup schedules are as noted above. 


Should you need to cancel an order after you've placed it, we will do our best to accommodate your request. Order cancellation is a time-sensitive action, so please do get in touch with our Customer Care team as soon as possible. You can request a cancellation in one of the following ways:

Please note, that once your order moves into the processing stage in our warehouse, we may no longer be able to cancel it. Should this be the case, we can help facilitate a return upon delivery (excluding final sale items, please see below).

  • Refrigerated probiotics
  • Grocery/snack products 
  • Some beauty products including essential oils
  • Feminine hygiene products
  • Clearance products 


Our goal at Nutrition Junction is to ensure that every customer is totally satisfied with their shopping experience. We accept returns of unopened products up to 30 days after the date of purchase. Opened or used products, or any items marked as non-refundable/Final sale are not within our return guidelines. We are currently unable to accept returns from any locations other than Canada. Please note the return shipping is the sole responsibility of the customer. 

*Please note that we are not the manufacturers of the products we sell. If you have a performance and/or warranty issue, or a general complaint with a product, please contact the manufacturer at the number on the packaging.
